Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If your package is missing, please:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly
  • Reach out to us—we’ll do our best to help

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at leadvillebylamplight@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will make it right as quickly as possible.
