The Historic Evergreen Cemetery Tour and the Lamplit Haunted History Tour are approximately 2 hours long.
How accurate are the tours?
All stories are based off true stories gathered from the historic Leadville newspapers. Not only will you hear chilling ghost stories, the best part is that they actually happened.
What should I wear/bring?
Leadville is located at 10,152 feet! The locals say it has 2 seasons, winter and 4th of July, so dress accordingly for mountain weather. Wear layers and comfortable walking shoes and make sure you bring plenty of water!
How much walking is involved?
The tours cover approximately 3/4 mile roundtrip and include uneven terrain, especially in the cemetery. The Lamplit Haunted History Tours provides opportunities for seating at various points throughout the tour.
What happens if it rains or snows?
The tours run rain or shine. Dress appropriately for Colorado mountain weather.
Are the tours appropriate for kids?
Children are welcome and encouraged, but please be advised that prostitution, drinking, gambling, violence, and the paranormal will be discussed. Parental discretion is advised.
When should I plan to arrive?
Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before the tour start time.
What is your cancellation policy?
Tour bookings are non-refundable if you choose to cancel. Should you wish to reschedule, 24 hours notice is required.
