Refund policy
Tour Bookings
All tour ticket purchases are non-refundable.
Because space on each tour is limited, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including:
- Changes in travel plans
- Illness or personal emergencies
- Late arrivals or missed tours
- Weather conditions (tours operate rain or shine)
Please plan accordingly before booking.
Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. When possible, we may allow guests to reschedule their tour with advance notice.
- Requests must be made 24 hours before your scheduled tour
- Rescheduling is subject to availability
Tour Cancellations by Us
In the rare event that we must cancel a tour due to severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered:
- The option to reschedule, or
- A full refund
Books & Merchandise
All books and merchandise purchases are final and non-refundable.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives:
- Damaged, or
- Incorrect
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at leadvillebylamplight@gmail.com.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage guests to contact us directly at leadvillebylamplight@gmail.com with any issues before initiating a chargeback. We’re happy to work with you to find a fair solution whenever possible.
